Lakri – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you
(“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Lakri (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your
access to and use of the Lakri website, products, and services (collectively, the “Website” and
“Services”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue
use immediately.
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior
notice. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.

  1. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
    All orders placed through the Website are subject to review and acceptance by the Company.
    No order shall be deemed accepted or legally binding unless and until confirmed by the
    Company through a confirmation call, message, or other written communication. The Company
    reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to
    availability issues, pricing errors, or verification concerns.
  2. Payment Terms
    2.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
    Cash on Delivery is available only for selected products and locations, as determined solely by
    the Company. The Company may withdraw COD eligibility at any time. Products offered on COD
    may be priced higher to cover additional operational risks.
    2.2 Advance Payment for Selected Products
    Certain products, including but not limited to heavy-weight or high-value items, require full
    advance payment at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed, manufactured,
    or dispatched unless payment is received and verified. Accepted payment methods include bank
    transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other methods approved by the Company.
    2.3 Customized Products
    All customized or made-to-order products require 100% advance payment. Once payment is
    received and the order is confirmed, such orders are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable,
    and non-modifiable.
    2.4 Verification:
    The Company may conduct verification calls or message for products.
  3. Pricing, Taxes, and Delivery Charges
    All prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise
    stated. Taxes shall be charged in accordance with applicable laws.
    Delivery charges vary based on product type, size, delivery location, and logistics requirements.
    All delivery charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  4. Delivery Timelines
    Estimated delivery timelines range between 5 to 12 working days and are indicative only. The
    Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure events, or
    circumstances beyond its control.
  5. Returns, Damages, and Defects
    Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with
    photographic evidence. The Company may, at its discretion, offer replacement or refund.
    Returns are accepted within 7 days only for unused, unopened, and non-customized products.
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Customized, clearance, and final-sale products
    are strictly non-returnable.
  6. Warranty Disclaimer
    Products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one (1) year. The warranty
    excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, exposure to moisture, improper handling, or
    unauthorized modifications. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color are inherent
    characteristics and do not constitute defects.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the
    amount paid by the customer for the specific product. The Company shall not be liable for
    indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  8. Intellectual Property
    All content, trademarks, designs, images, and materials displayed on the Website are the
    exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may
    result in legal action.
  9. Force Majeure
    The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its
    reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain
    disruptions, or governmental actions.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic
    Republic of Pakistan. Courts located in Karachi, Sindh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  11. Privacy
    Personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable
    data protection laws.
  12. Termination
    The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services
    without notice for any violation of these Terms.
  13. General Provisions
    If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable. Failure to
    enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
